Hi everyone! Welcome to my site. As you may or may not know, baking, cake decorating, and all things sweet are my passion and one that can someday be my career, hopefully. I have started a gallery of pictures so you can take a look at my work. I would like to say a big thank you to all my family and friends for all their support (and business :)!). This was my very first "job". It was for a friend's wedding. It actually remains my favorite cake. It was also my first time working with fondant. I was glad I choose fondant instead of buttercream because the wedding was outdoors in 96 degree weather!! But the cake held up and was wonderful.
